Saint Vincent de Paul (Vinnies)

Any person requiring assistance can phone our earthquake response line at 389 7484

They can provide the following for those whose homes have been damaged in the earthquakes:

  • Thermal underwear to children and adults.
  • Provision of heaters.
  • Grants to individuals and families on a case-by-case basis after assessment by Vincentians, depending on personal circumstances.
  • Food via the food bank.

World Cup Free Accommodation Offer

Why pay extra for accommodation when you can be hosted in a Christian home?

An offer is being extended to people of Christchurch who are attending a relocated World Cup game.  

If a Cantabrian is attending a game that was to be held in Christchurch then accommodation will be found for free around the dates of the game at the new venue.
